By submitting this form, I understand that I will need to register at 8:00 am the morning the event at the Jefferson Oak Park in Frankton. An application will need to be filled out and signed by each participant that includes a waiver to be eligible to participate. Anyone under the age of 18 will HAVE to have a parent sign and complete their waiver form.
